* 本曲是EPMD同名专辑的主打歌。
* 本曲在[[AC DDR 1st IR|DanceDanceRevolution Internet Ranking Version]]获得了SP MANIAC和DP ANOTHER谱面。
* 本曲在[[AC DDR 3rd|DanceDanceRevolution 3rdMIX]]稼动时被削除，此后也没有在任何机种复活，这使得本曲成为了DanceDanceRevolution第一首削除曲。
** bemanistyle的发起人Eddie称，本曲被削除的原因是与EPMD之间的版权问题。
** 本曲与《[[SO MANY MEN]]》也是DDR唯二在初代至[[AC DDR 5th|5thMIX]]期间（不含CLUB VERSiON系列）曾收录且没有获得Solo系列谱面（6板谱）的曲目。

本曲は、N.Y.のアーティストのカーティス·マントロニクと、エリック·サーモンを中心とするラップ·グループEPMDのコラボレーションで誕生した楽曲。元ネタは、レゲエのパイオニア、故ボブ·マーリィの代表曲「 SHOT THE SHERIFF」をエリック·クラプトンがカヴァーしたヴァージョン。EPMDが同曲をサンプリングし、1987年にミドル·テンポのラップ·ナンバーとして発表。その曲を、アップ·テンポのヒップ／ハウス風にアレンジし直して1998年に発表したヴァージョンがD.D.R.に使われている。元がレゲエだと思えぬ過激なアレンジだ。
