• 本作的标题アニメロ是“アニメーション メロディー”( Animation Melody/动漫音乐)的简写。
  • 该系列作品是Pop'n Music的副产品之一，其中不收录任何KONAMI原创曲，所有收录曲都是动漫版权曲，本作即为该系列第一作。
• All songs are covers.
• Easy Mode has the option to play with the 'center' 5-Buttons (like main series' 5-Buttons mode) or with the 'front' 5-Buttons (using the white, green and red buttons).
• Instead of genres as the pop'n music main series, the アニメロ series uses the name of the anime to scroll on the songwheel.
• The songs are ordered by year of debut.
• When a song is being played, the lyrics of the song are shown at the bottom of the screen.
• Total number of songs: 20.
