详细信息

• 本曲是beatmania IIDX 14 GOLD CS的隐藏曲目之一，游玩STANDARD/EXPERT/段位认定五次就可以解锁。
  • 本曲原本在GOLD家用版是打算作为默认开放的独占曲，不过后来被设成了隐藏曲，这是IIDX家用版系列里第一首作为隐藏曲出现的合作曲。
• 对beatmania IIDX 20 tricoro的HDD解包能发现本曲的数据，以及未采用的预览音频。
  • 但本曲正式移植到街机则是在SPADA，通过Qprogue活动的MAP DX-7解锁。
• 2021年2月3日，本曲在beatmania IIDX INFINITAS (2020)开放购买。

背后的故事

L.E.D.

今回のIIDX COLLABORATIONは基本的に6組のコラボレーションユニットで展開する予定でしたが、今回の家庭用GOLDでは私の担当曲がもう一曲分存在していたのと、隠し玉的要素が一曲は欲しいという考えから、以前よりコラボをしようと話していたteranoidに協力をを仰ぎ、完成したのがこの「THE DETONATOR」です。
（ちなみにteranoidもコラボアンケートの私担当分で上位に入っていました）

何度かのデータのやり取りの後、最終的な仕上げをteranoid側にお願いしたのですが、その際にteranoidのアイデアによるMC投入等、かなりパワーアップして帰ってきたの聴いてそのナイスな仕上がりにかなり驚かされました。
teranoid、恐るべし、、、といった感じです。

ところでこの「THE DETONATOR」は先日発売されましたL.E.D.のアルバム「電人K」にもフルサイズで収録されておりますが、こちらの方はゲームサイズバージョンとはやや趣の異なる仮想ライブアレンジとなっており、よりHardcoreな出来となっております。
興味のある方は是非アルバムの方も聴いてみてください。

地球の皆さん、お久しぶりです。
久々IIDX参加のteranoidです。
以前から角田氏のハードコアトラックやドラムンベーストラックを耳にする機会がありまして、クオリティの高さと凶暴さに心が共鳴し 「この人とだけは一緒に曲を作らねばイカン！」 と思っておりました。
そんな私の心中を神様が察したのか、今回家庭用IIDXでコラボレーション企画があるとの連絡を受け、この機に乗じて実現させて頂きました。
ガバ好きな方々にとっては堪らないコラボ＆楽曲になったのではないかと自負しております。

ちょっと話は逸れますが、以前まで私が制作していたガバはどちらかと言うとアメリカ寄りな物を意識していました。ですがここ最近は本場オランダのガバに影響されまくりで、より重厚かつドラマティックな音を心がけております。今回のTHE DETONATORはオランダのフレーバーがありつつも、至る所にアメリカンな雰囲気もあり、あまり世界では聴かないオリジナルなジャパニーズガバなエッセンスもあったりします。

私と角田氏でオリジネーターとして提唱して行ける音なのではないか、と予感させます。
ところで角田氏の記念すべき1st album「電人K」にもこの楽曲で参加させて頂きました。

ゲームでこの曲を気に入ってしまったアナタ！
「電人K」のTHE DETONATORはマストデスヨ！
単純にゲームの曲のロングバージョンと言う位置づけには留まらず、ある意味新しい曲として皆さんの脊髄を直撃することでしょう。
首の振りすぎに注意です。

今回はデトネーションしました。爆轟だそうです。かっこいいですね。

核が拡張されてシナプスが活性化し、炸裂した神経を巡り筋を起こして、覚醒するようなイメージです。
イメージを爆ぜさせて爆ぜさせてこういう形になりました。

楽曲やプレイ中のテンションを考えてけっこう激しい映像になりましたがご容赦下さいませ。
要所要所でちらっと目に入ったときなんかに、楽曲とゲームと映像がテンションを高めあうのを促進するような映像になっていてくれれば幸いです。
